For the most part you will probably skip over these during any serious match, but they do have their uses. It is faster to switch to a pistol instead of reloading other weapons and in the beginning of a match they can mean the difference between life and death.
P2020
This is another weapon that was taken from Titanfall 2. It is a pretty standard semi-automatic pistol that shoots as fast as you can pull the trigger.
It doesn’t do much damage in the way of damage, but it is still dangerous against an unarmoured opponent, or to finish off someone you have weakened with a better weapon.

RE-45 Auto
This full-auto pistol can take out an enemy super quickly, but only if you can control its kick. It may be small, but this fast-firing weapon pushes you back into the air when you hold down the trigger.
If you are able to learn to tame it, you can certainly do a whole lot of damage, and it is especially useful in the early stages of the game.

- Gives a huge amount of kick
- Will empty the magazine before you know it
Wingman
While this gun has been nerfed a bit with its capacity, the Wingman still holds up as one of the best pistols in the entire game.
It is the only one that takes heavy ammo and does so much damage that you will only need a couple of shots to take someone out. Just don’t pick it up if you are a terrible shot…

- It only has a six round magazine capacity
- You need to know how to aim
